We are committed to supporting values, defending projects and sharing human adventures. This is why BBL is committed to the safeguarding of France’s heritage and to the development of the local economy.
We are thus proud to be making a contribution to the national domain of Chambord since 2015 through an important sponsorship policy.
The national domain of Chambord, a symbol of excellence and of French engineering, is actually in full transformation at the approach of its 500th anniversary. It was created by Francis I, four years after the famous battle of Marignan, to glorify his reign and entrench his influence in Europe.
Having become public domain, and placed under the high protection of the President of the Republic, the domain of Chambord comprises a castle, a forest, a village, a vineyard… and projects abound, we might mention our contribution to the creation of visitor reception areas on the Place Saint-Louis, the illumination of facades, and the re-creation of the 18th century French gardens which were inaugurated by François Hollande on March the 19th.
Our group has chosen to support the cultural and economic development of this work of art classified Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO since more than thirty years.
